Joe Campbell Politics is indeed a blood sport. Look what happened to the Liberals and Bloc Quebecois in the recent federal election. The leaders were unseated and the parties beheaded. But the amputation didn’t end there. Some snouts were cut off from the public trough, and if it were not for gold plated pensions, many more would have suffered a similar fate.

Interim Staff The Christian Heritage Party ran 46 candidates in eight provinces and received 19,218 votes or 0.13 per cent nationally. A CHP spokesman said the presence of the party’s candidates ensured that voters who wanted to cast a vote for a pro-life candidate could.

Quebec’s Health Minister was forced to apologize and re-pledge his full commitment to the “right to choose” April 12 after the opposition slammed him for giving a grant to a pro-life pregnancy centre.
