CORRECTIONS
The article "AIDS program attacked," in our July issue, incorrectly credited Dr. Jeanne Ferrari
with doctorates in medicine, pharmacy, and canon law. In fact, Dr. Ferrari has a doctorate in medicine,
a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, and a master's degree in canon law.
The article "HLI loses appeal of charity status" in the same issue, may have left the
impression that Human Life International has lost its charitable status. In fact, until and if HLI
loses an appeal to the Supreme Court, it can continue to operate as a charity.
The article "Graham visits Ottawa" in the same issue stated that HLI "published" a response
from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association on the evangelist's views on abortion and contraception.
In fact, HLI only distributed Graham's views.
The item "Population crisis looming" in the August issue stated 46 per cent of Canadian women of
child-bearing age have been sterilized. In fact, 46 per cent of Canadian couples of child-bearing age
are sterilized.
