More than 6,000 pro-life Canadians took part in the main March for Life in Ottawa May 12, with youth comprising at least half of that number. Dozens of schools and church youth groups organized school trips on buses to the event. The seasoned verterans of the movement reported the reinvigorating influence of their presence. Many in the crowd said they were eager to return to their communities to fight on behalf of the unborn, following the inspirational events of May 11-13.
