Pro-family Canadians brace themselves as liberal jurist Louise Arbour ascends to the nation's highest court. She is seen by some as a threat to the integrity of the justice system and a "reckless" woman who acts as though she is "above the law, above the constitution…". Her legacy does not give pro-family forces much hope when it comes to future court rulings.
